Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, you must either cancel using our online system, call during business hours and cancel with an associate or email the cancellation to service@thepursuitgolf.com. Please do this at least 12 hours in advance of your booking time or note that we retain the right to charge you for the session if it does not get re-booked. All golfers using the simulators are expected to follow the rules of use posted therein and will be asked to leave if they fail to follow these rules without being refunded. THE USE OF INDOOR GOLF SIMULATORS COMES WITH INHERENT RISKS OF POTENTIALLY SEVERE INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY. BY BOOKING THIS SESSION YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ASSUME ALL OF THESE RISKS AND TO HOLD THE PURSUIT HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGES YOU INCUR AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THE FACILITIES.
